Still Running is Barnstormer’s monthly event — not a club, it’s an experience open to everyone. Equal parts tasting room, living laboratory, and front porch. Free to enter. Impossible to replicate.
Every last Thursday, the distillery and hangar doors open and something different happens at Barnstormer. This is your chance to see a Master Distiller, a Master Mixologist and their staff in their natural habitat. No cages, bars or chains — you mingle with the staff free range.
Still Running operates across two distinct spaces — 200 feet apart, completely different energy, both essential. Addie runs the public face of Barnstormer at the hangar — fun, friendly, and she makes it feel like home. Tim runs the normally behind-the-scenes world: grain dust, fermented mash, and equipment running hot enough to fry an egg on. In Tim’s world you taste the raw and often unfinished spirit. In Addie’s world you taste the finished product.


There’s only one way to get a Still Running passport — and it’s not at the public side. It requires a personal conversation with Tim at the distillery tasting station. Once it’s in your hands, it’s your record of your unique journey with Barnstormer. Every Barnstormer event after April 30 will have its own unique stamp.
When someone at a future event notices your stamps and asks about it? Tell them the same thing you were told: go find Tim on a last Thursday.

Signature
Chicken Nachos
Tim’s signature design, executed by his trained kitchen staff. No over-processed liquid cheese-like goo — just freshly cooked Tinga chicken, tortilla chips covered in melted cheese, chopped tomato, pepper, onion and cilantro, fresh sliced jalapeño, sour cream and avocado spread, with a side of salsa.
Smash Burgers
Premium bun. Defined builds. The kind of burger that looks as good as it tastes. Two or three variations — none of them complicated, all of them deliberate.
Chicken Tacos
Fresh Tinga chicken, house toppings, nothing overthought. The kind of taco that holds up next to a serious pour without competing with it.
Charcuterie Board
Assembled fresh to order. Mixed meats, artisan cheeses, fruit, cornichons, olives, artisan crackers. The kind of board that pairs perfectly with whatever the staff just poured you.
