Step 3: Cook Day — grind and cook your grain with Tim at the hangar. (4 hrs)
Step 4: Distillation Day — see and taste your spirit off the still. (1–2 hrs)
Step 5: Barrel Day — barrel your spirit and start the aging journey. (1 hr)
Step 6: Track & Taste — return for periodic tastings as your spirit develops. You decide when it’s ready to bottle. Visit your barrel to reming it you are waiting for it to be ready.
Step 7: Bottling Day — another hands-on experience. Take home your bottles, and your barrel to keep.
